HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Due to the current fuel increase, all orders will be subject to a small delivery surcharge. The surcharge depends on the size of the order and the distance of delivery from our warehouse.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All concrete and clay items are none refundable. Flat roofing and other roofing products are subject to a 40% restocking charge plus a collection charge if required.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

We DO NOT offer trade discount as everyone get the same reasonable prices.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

We aim to do all deliveries within 2-3 working days, if we can accommodate you sooner we will.

HOW DO I SET UP AN ACCOUNT?

You will have to fill in an account form that one of our staff member will be happy to provide you with.

There is technically no minimum order for deliveries but small order which can be collected will be subject to big delivery charges. Any clay or concrete order will be sold per pallet, unless it is a stock item then it will be per band.
